THE GENIUS YOU ARE, PHILLIP GLASS
After his more expansive stage and concert pieces, Glass wanted to write a piece that was more pop-oriented, thus giving birth to the six-movement masterpiece that makes up the chamber music work, Glassworks. With the combination of his impassioned experimental approach to art and the sounds of minimal opera, this album triumphs in transferring and challenging each listener to question their own distinct psychological value, emphasizing intimacy in solitude, a common effect of Glass's music.

A NEW PROTOTYPE
With their power, the Nori architects created a new home with both external skin and mechanical equipment, guaranteeing year-round comfort and energy efficiency for a family. They exposed the wood structure, base, piping, and wiring, removed interior finishes, and used exterior insulation to create a warm, wood-filled space while on a tight budget. Allowing family to take charge of their own repairs while gaining an understanding of the their homes structure. In the midst of a global environmental crisis, the architects were able to create an elegant accommodation that is open to the inside the family and the outside city, full of natural light, wind, and materials that call for less waste and building materials.

It is Strange! (1800s)
"When I thought about how they had responded to the outcome of my story by saying, “It is strange!” I said to myself: “but it is natural!”
Written by the legendary Spanish writer of the late Romantic period, this Gustavo Adolfo Bequer short story follows a character telling a fable to various individuals about an orphan he calls Andreś. Despite its straightforward narrative, it is a superb analysis of the examinations on human relations, whether it's how we listen, communicate, or react to each other —which is super interesting given that it was published in the late 1800s.
It’s strange, but I do adore you, Mr. Becquer!

“A GREAT MONSTER OF BRITISH CINEMA”
As he sets off on a nocturnal London voyage, a homeless intellectual Brit, Johnny (played by the brilliant Daniel Thewlis), pours his insufferable rage onto unwitting strangers and old friends; it’s a nightmare of a journey and a heavy dialogue tale of brutality. It is truly impossible to convey the entire plot's twists and characters that are depicted within the 132-minute black comedy masterpiece. But what counts the most is Johnny's sorrow, sense of powerlessness, and disarray, all provoked by the disturbing combination of tragicomic outcomes throughout the picture.
Get a load of these improv performances! The score! The camera work! The direction! The film does it all, and it does it just lovely! I swear!
